Romance tales: Femi Fani-Kayode sends emissaries to Bianca

Former minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode is said to be planning to send emissaries to former beauty queen and Nigeria ambassador to Spain, Bianca Ojukwu over their alleged romance tales, often called "kiss and tell" by some media.
The secret overtures to Bianca, widow of late iconic Igbo leader Emeka Ojukwu, was disclosed by THISDAY. According to the paper:
“THISDAY also gathered from sources close to Fani-Kayode that the former aviation minister was making efforts through emissaries close to Bianca to reach out to her to resolve the disagreement.
“The sources said the former minister was concerned that the issue had degenerated and would want a resolution on the misunderstanding.”
Meanwhile, just as he did in the case of Bianca, Chief Fani-Kayode has formally withdrawn his claims of intimate relationship with Miss Chioma Anasoh and Miss Adaobi Uchegbu made in his controversial article entitled “A Word for Those Who Call Me A Tribalist”.
A statement by Fani-Kayode’s lawyer, Mr. Akinola Babatunde Rotimi, said: “Our client knew Miss Chioma Anasoh between the years of 2004 and 2008 and Miss Adaobi Uchegbu between the years of 2002 and 2004. They were good friends at the time though he has not seen them for five and nine years respectively. As our client said earlier through his press secretary, some of the words he used to describe his friendship with Miss Anasoh and Miss Uchegbu in his article titled “A Word For Those Who Call Me A Tribalist” were indiscreet. He hereby withdraws those words.”
This new move by Fani-Kayode seems strange following his stance last week and the support he got from Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo after Bianca's lawyers described his retraction as inadequate.

Femi dated Bianca and they had s*x- Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo

The alleged romance tales between Femi Fani-kayode and Bianca Ojukwu might be true, especially during their teen age, if the words of Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, the daughter of the former governor of Oyo state, Omololu Olunloyo are true.
The lady who claimed to be in the known has confirmed Femi Fani-Kayode claims of an affair with the widow (Bianca) of Biafra warlord, Dim Ojukwu, though Bianca has denied it and threatened to approach the court.

Below is the statement of Kemi unedited

Why Bianca is lying about her relationship with Femi Fani Kayode (FFK) during her late teens is perplexing. In the early 80′s there were a group of now affluent Nigerians that flocked together as teens in London, Oxford, Cambridge in the UK and even Wales. We were teen couples. I dated Segun Cole, Lanre Tejuoso and Moji Okoya, Toyin Ojora and Bukola Saraki all became prominent married couples today.
The Folawiyos, Adenirans, Lawrence twins, Olunloyo sisters and more as well as the Fani Kayode’s were all known. Everyone knows about Femi and Governor Onoh’s daughter. I’m a daughter of a governor too and we all know each other. I’ve seen Bianca Onoh at numerous social events with Femi and even Femi’s apartments in London, UK and these two almost got Married!!! Whatever teen to young adults do in a relationship, namely sex, dating, kissing etc, Femi and Bianca did too.
I wasn’t with them in their intimate moments but are we this immature to say that they have never even met? Femi does not like fighting women in public domains be it in person or online, in fact he fights for women and once took my back in a situation where a male demeaned me with lies. Femi is a faithful husband and a damn good father to his children. I wrote two open letters to Bianca on my Facebook page and I certainly hope she drops these meaningless lawsuits as I am prepared to be called as a witness in such a case.
Madam Ambassador needs to take this personal controversy away from her job and the issue of tribalism which ensued from the so called “”Lagos-Igbo deportations.”" Many Igbo Nigerians are attacking this man and turning it a fiasco on social media.
We have to remember what happened with our Yoruba ambassador to the United States Oluwole Rotimi who was fired by late Prez YarAdua for allegedly making statements about Biafra and Ojukwu which the late president called insurbodination.
The Igbos pressured the President to remove a Yoruba US Ambassador and replace him. I lived in the US 30 years and the whole Ambassadorial fiasco is not needed in 2013.
Bianca, focus on your job, Igbo people, a Yoruba man has been intimate with your Queen, deal with it. There were lovers before the Ikemba. There shouldn’t be lawsuits about who hit it first? The Igbo-Yoruba fiasco in Nigeria today is out of control. I represent some famous Igbos at my PR agency Keminications PR in US/Canada, so dont tell me I hate Igbos.

Romance tales: Femi Fani-Kayode fight back, says Bianca is shameless

In the aftermath of the declaration by Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, that she was unsatisfied with the apology issued by the former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, the latter has decided to take a belligerent position.
Mr. Fani-Kayode, in a statement by his Personal Assistant, Tosin Emmanuel, said that he welcomes “whatever course of action” Mrs. Ojukwu’s lawyer intends to pursue.
The former minister also said that he would institute his own legal proceedings against the widow of the late Biafran warlord “for her barefaced and malicious lies and consistent claim” that she has never met him.
After claiming, in his controversial piece ‘A Word For Those Who Call Me A Tribalist’ that he had had a “long-standing and intimate relationship” with Mrs. Ojukwu while she was unmarried; Mr. Fani-Kayode Thursday, withdrew the comment.
Mr. Fani-Kayode had also extended his ‘retraction’ to Adaobi Uchegbu and Chioma Anasoh, the two other ladies he mentioned in his article.
But Mrs. Ojukwu, in her response, stated that Mr. Fani-Kayode’s statement “falls far short of an apology and retraction.”
The former beauty queen’s reply angered Mr. Fani-Kayode who responded, on Monday, with a tersely worded statement saying that Mrs. Ojukwu’s demeanour indicates that she is desperate to go to war over the issue as well as cover up “the truth about their past.”
“We really do wonder what Mrs. Ojukwu really wants from Chief Fani-Kayode and what her agenda really is?
“Throughout this matter Chief Fani-Kayode has chosen the path of peace and has attempted to avoid an ugly and public quarrel with Bianca Ojukwu out of respect to the memory of her late father Chief C.C. Onoh and the memory of her late husband, Dim Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said.
The ex-minister stated that despite “bending over backwards” to publicly withdraw his comments in several national and online newspapers, Mrs. Ojukwu has refused to be appeased.
“This is sad and unfortunate and it is beyond the imagination of anyone that a serving Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would so readily and so easily be given to telling such lies.
“Chief Fani-Kayode is not comfortable with publicly joining issues with ladies when it comes to matters of a private nature such as this because he was well brought up and he is a gentleman but it is clear that Bianca Ojukwu is desperate to go to war over this issue and to cover up the truth about their past,” said Mr. Fani-Kayode.
“It is also clear that she has constituted herself into the arrowhead of a group of people that are determined to use her and this whole unsavoury episode to attempt to distract attention from the wider and more important issues raised in the essay and to discredit him.
“Since that is the case we welcome whatever action Ojukwu wishes to take in court and we shall gladly meet her there.
“We will also be instigating our own legal proceedings against her in due course for her barefaced and malicious lies and her consistent claim that she has never met Chief Fani-Kayode all in an attempt to libel, defame, diminish and discredit him before the entire world,” he added.
Mr. Fani-Kayode reiterated that not only did he have a relationship with Mrs. Ojukwu, but that he “knew her far better than she cares to publicly admit.”
“The precise nature of that relationship will be explored and exposed in open court,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said.
“It is not in the nature of Chief Fani-Kayode to fight unnecessary and distractive battles over flippant matters such as this but on this occasion he has been compelled to do so simply because he will do whatever it takes to protect his integrity and establish the fact that he has told no lie.
“Since she has continued her shameless perfidy and wishes to tread the path of deceit and confrontation then so be it.
“Finally let it be clearly understood that at no point did Chief Fani-Kayode lie about the nature of his relationship with Ojukwu. However he did not feel that it was appropriate or necessary to share the details of that relationship with the public because he felt that such matters were strictly private.
“The fact that she mistook his mature exercise of restraint and discretion, even when provoked and insulted, his desire for peace and his gentlemanly nature for weakness is not only unfortunate but also a grave miscalculation on her part.
“Once again we reiterate the fact that we counsel Ojukwu to take whatever course of action she pleases and we welcome this opportunity to expose her for what she is.
“The matter has been referred to our lawyers for final preparation. They will prepare a vigorous defence to Ojukwu’s absurd allegations and they will also determine our next line of action against her,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said.

Romance tales: Bianca heading for court, says Femi Fani-Kayode’s retraction not good enough

Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, has advised her lawyers to do their work after rejecting former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode’s withdrawal of his comments on their alleged relationship.
Speaking through her Personal Assistant, Mr. Isaac Igboanu, the ex-beauty queen and widow of late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, dismissed the retraction made by Chief Fani-Kayode last Friday as insufficient and unsatisfactory. She also stressed that she had never met Fani-Kayode, not to talk of having any romantic relationship with him.
A story this morning in Daily Sun newspaper quotes Mr. Igboanu as saying: “The attention of Her Excellency, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, has been drawn to a statement purportedly issued by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode through one Mr. Akinola Babatunde Rotimi and published in the Daily Sun and ThisDay newspapers of September 6, 2013.
“The phantom claim in the said statement that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu were once good friends to the knowledge of mutual friends who are still alive is not only false, baseless and typical, but a further attempt by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode to create the impression of a connection between himself and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu.
“Whilst it is important to reiterate that Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has never met Chief Femi Kayode and does not know him in person, it is pertinent to note that the statement issued through Mr. Akinola Babatunde Rotimi, falls far short of an apology and retraction of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode’s false and libelous outbursts and is merely a desperate attempt to lend credence to fabrications, which he seeks to present as reality with intent to gloss over the very serious issues arising from the reckless publication.
“In the circumstances, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu is left with no option than to leave the matter in the hands of her lawyers.”
It would be recalled that Fani-Kayode had in his controversial article entitled “Neither a tribalist nor a hater” claimed to have had “intimate relationship” with three Igbo ladies, including Bianca during her days as a spinster.
Dismissing the claim as a big lie aimed at tarnishing her image, Bianca, through her lawyers, Wall Street Attorneys, wrote to Fani-Kayode on August 27, giving him up to September 6 to retract his statements and offer an unreserved apology to her in The Sun and Thisday, as well as online, giving the former minister, to do so.
But when Fani-Kayode on September 6 withdrew his comments in the two newspapers, he insisted that he knew Mrs Ojukwu in the 1980s and that some of those who knew she was his girlfriend are still living.
With Biacah’s rejection of Femi’s retraction, the stage appears set for a mighty court battle.
