The traditional marriage ceremony was a flamboyant affair which was held in grand style and the city of Port Harcourt stood still for the event. Many celebrities from various sections of the entertainment industry came to celebrate Paul and Anita, who were evidently elated as they became husband and wife.
The impressive roll-call at the wedding included Nollywood actors Kanayo O. Kanayo, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Ejike Asiegbu, Uche Jombo, Funke Akindele and Ini Edo; prominent politicians like Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, and Minister of Tourism, Chief Edem Duke; broadcasters Bisi Olatilo and Kenny Ogungbe; and musicians D’banj, Banky W, Sound Sultan, Ice Prince, Pasuma, J Martins, Phyno and Darey.
