Jonathan rejects Dokpesi, appoints Arogbofa as new Chief of staff

In a twist of the unexpected, President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday appointed the relatively unknown RTD Brig-Gen Jones Oladehinde Arogbofa, as the new chief of staff against the popular candidate and owner of Africa Independent Television, Raymond Dokpesi who many had thought will be given the plum job.
Jones Arogbofa, a retired military general and author of several books, hails from Oka-Akoko in Ondo State.
